These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Our items
We sell pre-loved and new designer clothing. Every item is one of a kind. Each listing shows the size, the condition grade (see our Condition Grading guide) and photos of the actual item, including any marks or wear.
Orders and payment
Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. If an item sells elsewhere before your order is confirmed, we'll refund you in full.
Delivery
Delivery options, costs and timescales are shown at checkout. See Delivery.
Authenticity
Everything we sell is checked before it's listed. If you have any doubt about an item, contact us before buying.
